Hospice:
Compensation: When receiving a call or performing direct patient care you will receive your full base contract hourly rate for time actually worked during your scheduled uncontrolled oncall/standby time; with all such pay subject to deductions for taxes and other withholdings as required by law or the policies of the company.
Other Benefits: Medical/Dental insurance will be provided in accordance with existing company policy Vacation and Illness/Sick
Pay: Will be provided in accordance with existing company policy; please refer to Employee Handbook for Employer s policies regarding vacation and sick pay.
Phone Reimbursement: $15/pay period
Mileage Allowance: $0.655 / mile (or current Federal mileage reimbursement rate); or a Company Automobile (in accordance with current Company Policy) If applicable
On Call Requirements: As scheduled and approved by DOPCS
