IOT Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during presales engagements.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals presentations and demonstrations of IoT solutions.

• Collaborate with customers to design customized IoT solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Develop and implement IoT solutions for industrial automation including sensor integration data collection and analysis.
• Develop detailed solution architectures diagrams and documentation to support sales efforts.
• Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between different IoT components and platforms
• Create and maintain documentation for IoT systems and solutions.

• Conduct testing and validation of IoT systems to ensure functionality performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IoT devices networks and applications.

• Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations proofofconcept trials and technical workshops to showcase IoT capabilities.

• Stay updated on the latest IoT trends technologies and competitor offerings.
• Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and customer requirements.

• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on IoT solutions and best practices.
• Develop and deliver technical content such as whitepapers case studies and webinars.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in IoT development automation and integration.
• Experience with IoT platforms and cloud services (AWS IoT Azure IoT Google Cloud IoT etc.).
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience in a presales or customerfacing technical role is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for IoT security and compliance.
