Job Description
- Remote work in Greece Equipment provided
About the project:
You will be supporting Dutchspeaking clients of Mercedes a German luxury and commercial vehicle automotive brand established in 1926. The company produces consumer luxury vehicles and light commercial vehicles
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries about the vehicles
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction representing a major brand
- Provide and maintain strong professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
What you will need:
- Fluent level of Dutch language
- Good level of English language
- Communication skills
Offer:
- Salary: 1500 gross x 14 months
- Performance bonus: up to 10% of the base salary per month
- Paid holidays at higher rates according to Greek law
- Health Insurance
