Job Description

Photonx Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join their team.

In this role you will be responsible for lead followup requirement documentation and supporting marketing activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform proactive followups with leads generated through diverse marketing channels.
  • Maintain a consistent and timely followup schedule to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
  • Engage with potential clients to comprehend their needs and requirements.
  • Prepare detailed requirement documents for clear communication with the product and development teams.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to refine marketing efforts.
  • Support senior sales executives in their efforts to close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills strong organizational skills attention to detail ability to work independently and as part of a team proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Attributes: Enthusiastic and passionate about working in a startup environment eager to learn and take on new challenges strong work ethic and commitment to achieving targets.
