Job Title: Senior HR Consultant
Work Location: Salt Lake City Utah (partial remote)
Description:
- Make a comprehensive assessment of the employers HR policies and procedures
- Provide recommendations on improving any policies and procedures that may be insufficient
- Provide recommendations on adding any additional policies and procedures that may be needed
- Conduct training for the HR team on administering the HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training on any new HR policies
- Provide guidance on handling personnel management issues
- Complete ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- 5 years in HR Management roles
- Experience writing policies and procedures relating to performance management and employee conduct
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Bachelors Degree preferred
