Site Manager Commercial Construction

We are seeking a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager that ideally will have a strong background in managing construction projects valued between $10 million and $40 million, specifically in the Health, Education, Community & Civic sectors of the industry. You will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Resolve any on-site issues and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
• Maintain a high standard of quality control.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing projects valued between $10 million and $40 million.
• Extensive experience in the Health, Education, Community & Civic Construction projects.
• A trade background will be highly respected.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
