Functions

1. Develop and implement shortterm and longterm strategies and plans for CS & Pricing department to improve
2. Manage overall customer service operation service quality and management resources of customer relation
3. In charge of getting prices from shipping lines and domestic suppliers.
4. Research the market and evaluate the advantages of shipping lines airlines international agents and purpose
5. Maintain and expand relationships with customers & shipping lines/agents/suppliers airlines coleaders.
6. Guide & offer solutions to support CS & Pricing staff to give feedback to customers/shipping lines/agents/sup

Requirements

1. Minimum education:Graduated from universities majoring in international trade economics maritime or other related majors.
   
2. Some specific specialties (masters degree/certification):Fluent in English.
   
3. Minimum experience:2 3 years of experience or more in the position of CS & Pricing manager in the forwarding or importexpo
   
4. Valuable:Good knowledge of logistics or companies specializing in forwarder transportation laws and regulations.Good knowledge and experience of forwarding (sea freight air freight) importexport transportation custo
