Job Description

Candidate should have previous experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant & Product & Project Sales & Business Development Product Like ETP RECYCLING STP WTP UF RO ZLD project same field will be considerable.

A. Purpose

Drive business growth sustainably in domestic and international markets ensuring profitability and team alignment with organizational strategy.

    B. Responsibilities

    1. Achieve budget goals for revenue contribution DSO and inventory.
    2. Develop short medium and longterm strategies for segments customers and products.
    3. Ensure profitability and positive cash flow through value chain optimization and cost control.
    4. Expand business in domestic and international markets by identifying opportunities and acquiring new customers and partners.
    5. Manage opportunities to maximize profit and sustain order pipeline growth.
    6. Enhance customer satisfaction and influence buying decisions through strategic engagement.
    7. Develop market intelligence and analyze competitive landscape and customer accounts.
    8. Forecast customer expansion plans and maintenance budgets.
    9. Formulate and implement marketing and communication strategies to increase sales.
    10. Drive new product development by identifying market gaps and collaborating with teams.
    11. Develop talent and ensure employee satisfaction motivation and learning.
    12. Implement internal systems and processes for efficiency and quality.
    13. Manage principal relationships and drive new technology and business development.

    C. Metrics

    1. P&L / cashflow responsibility for business unit.
    2. Strategy development & implementation for business unit.
    3. Opportunity management for the business unit.
    4. Increase market reach & share: new customer & business addition share of business.
    5. Customer & principal satisfaction index for business unit.
