About the Role:

Join our team as a content reviewer and moderator for a popular social media platform. Your role will involve evaluating and filtering content to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all users.!

Requirements:

• Italian Proficiency: C2 level and advanced English skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Office 365 CRM databases and other internal platforms.
• Personal Attributes: Goaloriented and selfassertive.
• Cultural Awareness: Uptodate with current cultural political and social events.
• Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with various social media platforms.
• Experience: Previous experience in content moderation customer service or other contact centre roles is a plus.
• Work Flexibility: Ability to work both from the office and remotely (within 100km of the office).
• Educational Qualifications: Completion of mandatory studies as per Spanish legislation (e.g. ESO or High School). Higher education degrees are a bonus. Documented proof of completed mandatory studies is required for employment.
