The Role:

Are you a driven sales professional with a talent for building relationships and closing deals Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee their London locations. You'll guide prospective members from initial tour to final sale ensuring they find the perfect workspace. Collaborating with a skilled sales team you'll drive growth and maintain high member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Conduct thorough research employ consultative selling techniques lead tours for potential clients and craft customised proposals. Maintain CRM accuracy meet sales targets and enhance your sales techniques.
  • Client Retention and Upselling: Initiate timely renewal discussions with current members suggest desk rate modifications and promote additional office services. Meet retention targets and ensure member satisfaction.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Log and track all leads in the CRM ensure precise tracking through all sales stages and keep comprehensive notes. Achieve lead conversion goals and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with broker partners through regular interactions and deepen industry insights.
  • Operational Support: Update company dashboards monitor occupancy rates deliver topnotch onboarding for new members and support team initiatives with accurate reporting.
Key Skills and Attributes
  • Sales Expertise: At least 3 years in a sales role with a successful track record. Experience in commercial real estate flexible office spaces or similar industries is crucial.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Ability to quickly build rapport understand nonverbal communication and form strong relationships.
  • Effective Communication: Clear and efficient communication across various platforms excelling in negotiation and client interactions.
  • Proactive Mindset: Always seeking new opportunities to connect with potential clients independently.
  • Detail Orientation: Maintaining an immaculate CRM and ensuring thorough and accurate work.
