Job Summary: The Outwalker Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets within the hotel pub and retail groups. This role requires a proactive and resultsdriven individual with a strong understanding of the FMCG market and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the hotel pub and retail sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in hotels pubs and retail groups.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the target market.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry with a focus on hotel pub and retail sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts within the hotel pub and retail industries.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
