Job Description: Tata Digital (Slab 2 Qmin)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about Tata Digital products/services
• Assist customers in resolving their issues and escalating complex cases to higher levels if necessary
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve timely resolution
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
• Experience working in a call center or similar customer support environment is a plus
• Fresher or experience can join
