Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant (f/m/x) for our remote position in Essen Germany. Flexible work schedule. Fulltime or parttime. Salary from 24 euros per hour.
Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Manage customer accounts.
- Resolve complaints promptly.
- Provide product information.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills.
