We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Engagement department in the heart of buzzing Berlin!

Specifically we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Engagement team working on the motivational mechanics and progress tracking system to help our users form a language learning habit.

You will:

• Focus on the outcome: translating company OKRs into more specific team KPIs and analyzing featurelevel metrics to derive targets for next areas of improvement.
• Work closely with the other members of the (Product Designer and Engineering Manager) to prioritize opportunities define experiments to : value usability feasibility business viability build hypotheses prototype and scope solutions to implement.
• Build strong partnership and collaboration with key product functions beyond the product trio (Product Analytics Engineering User Research Learning Content) to discover test and release each feature.
• Engage the team in the discovery process bringing the focus on the business outcomes and empathy for Babbel learners.
• Together with the Engineering Manager maintain a product backlog to facilitate a constant stream of valuable work for the team; continuously improve the teams ways of working (agile ceremonies best practices team agreement).
• Collaborate with other teams and functions to maintain a holistic view of the product experience.
• Communicate decisions and releases to the rest of the company.
