Ihre Aufgaben
- As Sales Manager France (m/f/d) you will use your (electrical) engineering and lighting technology expertise to market our clients products and solutions effectively.
- You think about complete lighting systems and support the companys philosophy of selling complete solutions whenever possible.
- A core element of your role is actively identifying and approaching new customers in the lighting industry to build a solid pipeline of projects. You also develop relationships with existing customers to achieve high customer satisfaction and opportunities for up and crossselling.
- You will identify and establish communication with key customer decisionmakers ensuring an active and regular exchange.
- You will conduct price and contract negotiations independently and be responsible for the margin turnover and collection periods in your area of responsibility.
- You will work closely with other specialist departments in the company such as R&D Product Management and Purchasing contributing to an efficient sales process.
- By continuously monitoring the market price developments and technological trends you will always be able to optimize your sales strategy.
Ihr Profil
- You have completed an electrical engineering degree (Bachelor) an apprenticeship with further training as a technician or a comparable education.
- You have several years of professional experience in field sales as a sales manager in the lighting industry and electrical engineering in France.
- Existing contacts and networks within the lighting industry are a great advantage.
- You have a passion for lighting and a solid enthusiasm to keep pace with advances in the industry.
- A strong business developer mentality characterizes you.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as the ability to convince and positively motivate those involved at all levels round off your profile.
- You think proactively and take internal and external initiatives to increase sales and improve customer loyalty.
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken French and English.
