Tasks

• Game Development: Design develop and maintain highquality games game platform using the Godot game engine.
• Full Production Cycle: Manage and participate in all stages of product development from concept to release.
• Tooling: Develop and maintain tools to enhance the product development process.
• CI/CD: Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• QA Testing: Ensure a highquality product with a strong QA testing mindset including automated testing.
• Backend & Cloud: Develop and manage backend systems BaaS solutions and cloud server infrastructure.
• Multiplayer Development: Design and implement multiplayer features and functionality.
• Architecture: Apply best practices in software architecture and modularization to create scalable and maintainable codebases.
• Leadership: Take on a product/team leading role if needed driving projects and ensuring team alignment.
• Versatility: Fill various roles and gaps within the team to ensure product progress and maturity.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Full Stack Game Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Technical Skills:

• Proven experience as a Godot developer with a strong portfolio of projects extensive experience with Godot Engine and proficiency in GDScript.

• Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g. GDScript JavaScript).

• Knowledge of backend development BaaS solutions and cloud server technologies.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.

• Familiarity with multiplayer game development.

• 3D Knowledge: Strong understanding of 3D modeling textures and scene layout in Godot.

• Development Cycle: Experience with the full production cycle of game development.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Leadership qualities with a product/team leading mindset.
