Job Description

We enable beauty and personal care brands with endtoend cosmetic solutions: From Concept to Shelf. We dont just sell cosmetics we bring cosmetic visions to life.

As a Brand Success Manager you will be the cornerstone of our relationship with new and existing brands ensuring their success with our cosmetic product range. You will work closely with B2B cosmetic clients to understand their unique needs provide personalized solutions and support their goals from first contact to delivery.

Tasks

  • Youll manage our cosmetic brand partners. Youll enable them with just the right products they are looking for from simple whitelabel solutions to highly individualized cosmetic products
  • Youll take full ownership of international customer accounts new and existing overseeing all aspects from initial inquiry to final delivery
  • Youll collaborate closely with our specialized product team to devise innovative ways to realize even the most challenging projects that meet our customers demands
  • Youll continuously work on improving our sales processes endtoend provide valuable input to better understand our brands and level up our supply

Requirements

  • You possess a deep understanding of the entire sales cycle from generating leads to securing deals and have handson experience with CRM systems such as Pipedrive or HubSpot.
  • You thrive on engaging with beauty brands whether its through email or video calls you have a genuine passion for cosmetics and building relationships.
  • You bring exceptional organizational skills to the table along with an innate ability to manage your time effectively and set the right priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • You are a communicative and teamoriented individual who is excited about the opportunity to work in a dynamic startup environment. Additionally you are fluent in English enabling you to interact seamlessly with a diverse clientele.
