We are a growing team looking for a Program Manager with focus on Strategic Projects in the People department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics and keep sennder as best in class employee experience and engagement. The role is located in our Amsterdam or Berlin office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role you will act as a strategic partner and advisor providing comprehensive support to the chief people officer in setting and executing the people strategy. Youre accountable for the program and project management of the large strategic programs in target operating model design acquisitions joint ventures as well as people development and engagement programs.

The role requires a highly organized detailoriented and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the people function.

  • Work in partnership with the Chief People Officer in developing and implementing the people strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage key strategic people projects related to the growth of the company in acquisitions joint ventures and development of the target operating model.
  • Set and run the governance within the people function to drive the focus on execution and business impact.
  • Prepare edit and review communications/presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged including people updates to the executive team and board. Establish welldesigned communication channels and templates and a high standard in pace and quality is expected.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to drive change pushing forward projects / initiatives and ensuring the teams are meeting the targets and are on track for key initiatives.
  • Interface with executive team and senior leaders across the company to drive prompt and datadriven decisions on key topics.

  • You always keep your eye on the bigger picture and think creatively to identify opportunities to have a game hanging impact
  • You have the ability to guide coach and advise at all organizational levels to drive strategy into effective and efficient execution.
