Tasks

• Review and understand existing system requirements provided by product owners and engineers.
• Develop maintain and manage comprehensive Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) for medical devices.
• Ensure all documentation complies with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Continuously improve SRS documentation processes and templates to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate requirement review sessions to ensure SRS documents accurately reflect system requirements.
• Provide support during audits and regulatory inspections as needed.
• Develop clear and comprehensive user guidelines to assist endusers in understanding and using the medical device software effectively.
• Maintain and update software lifecycle documents to ensure they accurately reflect the product development processes.
• Create training documents and materials to support the onboarding and ongoing training of internal teams and endusers.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical writing specifically in creating Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Strong understanding of requirement management and documentation tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and concise SRS documents.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality documentation.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards for medical devices (e.g. IEC 62304) is highly desirable.
