Job Description
- Daily monitoring of Bank Accounts and immediately investigate unknown transactions.
- Daily preparation of transactions for review before posting in the accounting records.
- Timely deposit of all cash and cheques collected.
- Daily posting of reviewed transactions.
- Prepare clients’ invoices.
- Daily update of Database: Receivables, Payables, commissions etc.
- Follow up with clients on overdue invoices.
- Prepare monthly Bank reconciliations for all bank accounts.
- Accrue vendors’ invoices and expenses in the correct month and send inquiries to vendors on any issue with their invoices.
- Prepare payments for vendors’ invoices.
- Promptly arrange for payroll instructions to be sent to bank within the timeline agreed with respective client.
- Prepare ad hoc reports as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
