Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Ensuring that project deliverables can be integrated to become the overall result (product, service) and are fit to deliver the expected benefits;

Developing and managing projects

.

Manages a portfolio of projects, ensuring coordination of shared resources, common activities, and other dependencies across projects;

.

Supporting the development of internal processes, documentation and knowledge sharing.

.

Facilitates resolution of technical issues

.

Solutions architecture

.Standardize code, processes and environments

.

Design resources standards and KPI’s.

Requirements:

.

10+ years of consulting experience with at least 7 years in a senior project management or program management role;

.

Proficiency in multiple programming languages, Strong with ABP .NET Framework

.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels;

.

Comfortable working in both functional and technical environments; high level of confidence to learn new solutions quickly;

.

Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns;

.

Balance and program workload and staffing according to project and organizational priorities and goals;

.

Passion and curiosity for Digital Solutions, Digital Transformation, Governance and stay current with business and industry trends;

.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software

.

Previous experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, Product Owner or Project

.

Ability to set expectations, develop project plans, manage personal workload and Proven, successful history of enterprise level implementations and integrations

.

A deep understanding of project management principles, particularly Agile software delivery methodologies.

.

Strong communication skills able to clearly articulate risks and, therefore, navigate complex dependencies with other parts
