Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused GermanSpeaking Support Representative to join our onsite team in Athens. In this position you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to advance their careers in the ecommerce industry and contribute to a flourishing company.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer service via phone email and live chat to our Germanspeaking customers addressing their inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of our ecommerce products and services to assist customers with their needs and provide accurate relevant information.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude and a solutionoriented approach ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Support customers with placing orders tracking shipments processing returns and managing refunds to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to enhance our products and services aiding our continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including Sales Marketing and Technical Support to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer service experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and product knowledge to effectively support and inform customers.
  • Training Participation: Engage in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge in customer service and ecommerce.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (C1 level) and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) are essential.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A genuine passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to effectively address customer inquiries and issues.
  • Team Player: A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or the ecommerce industry is an advantage but not essential. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
