Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and providing excellent customer service to our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens forms and brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative or similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
