Qualifications:
> Bachelors degree or at least completed 1 year in College (no back subjects)
> 3 years of Team Lead experience in BPO in CSR or telco
> Proven leadership skills
> Strong communication skills including active listening.
> Ability to multitask and drive multiple projects.
> Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
> Amenable to work 100% ONSITE (BGC TAGUIG).
> Able to start ASAP
