Job Description

Join our dynamic and innovative social media company dedicated to enhancing user experiences across diverse platforms. We are seeking a passionate Arabicspeaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Portugal. This position requires residency in Portugal with EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence card. If you are fluent in Arabic proficient in English (B2 level or higher) and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service we invite you to apply. Position Overview: As an ArabicSpeaking Customer Advisor you will play a crucial role in bridging our company with Arabicspeaking users ensuring they receive exemplary support and assistance. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations across various communication channels. Collaboration with different teams to tackle complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Arabicspeaking users via email chat and social media platforms.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues related to our social media products and services.
  • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate internal teams for prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and support protocols.
  • Assist in developing customer support resources such as FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
  • Aid in onboarding and training new Customer Advisors as necessary.
  • Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and propose improvements.
  • Monitor customer trends to identify opportunities for service enhancement and optimization.
  • Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings and exceed performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Nativelevel fluency in Arabic and proficient in English (B2 level or higher) both spoken and written.
  • EU citizenship or possess a valid Portuguese residence card.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service particularly in tech or social media is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic troubleshooting methods is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is desirable.
  • Positive attitude strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
