Job Description

Join our dynamic and forwardthinking digital content company located in Lisbon dedicated to upholding exceptional user experiences across various platforms. We are currently seeking a proficient Slovakianspeaking Content Moderator to join our team onsite in Lisbon. This position mandates EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence card. If you are fluent in Slovakian have a solid command of English (B2 level or higher) and possess a passion for ensuring online content integrity we encourage you to apply. Previous experience in content moderation is advantageous but not mandatory.

Position Overview: As a SlovakianSpeaking Content Moderator your role will be pivotal in maintaining the quality and safety of our digital platforms. Working directly in Lisbon you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating usergenerated content to ensure compliance with our platforms standards and guidelines. Collaborating closely with international teams and adhering to content policies will be crucial to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate usergenerated content in Slovakian to uphold platform guidelines.
  • Assess reported content and make informed decisions regarding its suitability for the platform.
  • Monitor user behavior patterns to anticipate and address potential content issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records of content moderation activities and decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams to resolve complex contentrelated challenges and enhance moderation processes.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to internal teams on content trends and policy enforcement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and evolving trends in content moderation.

Qualifications:

  • Nativelevel fluency in Slovakian and proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) both written and spoken.
  • EU citizenship or possess a valid Portuguese residence card.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain objectivity while evaluating content.
  • Capability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in content moderation social media or digital platforms is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with content policies legal considerations and online safety practices is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and sound judgment in decisionmaking.
  • Positive demeanor strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding quality standards.
