We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:
As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of our company. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring that they are meeting performance standards and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Manage a team of employees including hiring training and performance evaluations
Ensure that all employees are meeting performance standards and providing excellent customer service
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement company policies and procedures
Oversee scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage and utilization
Communicate with clients to address any concerns or issues and maintain strong relationships
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Prepare and present reports on operational performance to the executive team
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of service
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management preferably in the customer service industry
Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with operational software
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
