Team Lead - Medical Coding

TASQ Staffing Solutions is looking for a Team Lead Medical Coding in Taguig.

Scope: Manage an assigned team of individual contributors in meeting or exceeding customer service level agreement completion of team projects adherence to operating standards and enforcement of company polici es through effective people development team engagement and performance management capabilities.

License: PHRN

Certification: With CCS/CIC/CPC Coding Certification (IP/Risk Adjustment/Home Health)

Skillset: Blended (Voice and NonVoice)

Experience: At least 6 months to 2 years of TL/Coding experience or relevant expertise

Work setup: Flexible to work onsite on shifting schedules if the business asks for such things (weekends night shift holidays)
