Technical Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in modern programming languages such as Java Python or JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile Scrum etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL NoSQL).
• Leadership Skills:
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.
