About the Company

Our client is a prominent directselling firm headquartered in Malaysia boasting a robust presence across Singapore Brunei Hong Kong and Indonesia.

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain function for overseas which includes
  inventory planning & management 3PL warehouse management distribution and logistics.
• Evaluating existing supply chain processes to identify areas that need for optimization and to
  drive an effective supply chain strategy for continuous improvement.
• Recommending and implementing supply chain improvements as well as documenting
  processes.
• Own and drive S&OP processes consensus forecasting and demand supply balancing.
• Build strong partnership with internal/external stakeholders to ensure the smoothness of new
  product launch through an effective inventory planning and management.
• Monitoring inventory levels and implementing inventory management strategies to manage
  stock levels and avoid shortages or excesses.
• Responsible to work out replenishment planning and allocation to overseas countries.
• Negotiate terms with 3PL vendors and freight forwarders to obtain the materials/products in
  timely and most costeffective manner.
• Risk Management: Identify & mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Ensure efficient departmental work process & procedures to optimize work rate & efficiency.
• Drive the team to meet the KPIs defined by management.
• Collecting and interpreting analytical and performance data to determine supply chain KPIs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 67 years relevant working experience with 3 years experience in people
  management.
• Strong knowledge in inventory warehouse and logistics management.
• Good knowledge in WMS/ERP system.
• Experienced in freight forwarding and managing 3PL with overseas exposure.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia are a must.
• Mandarin speaking will be an advantage as this role is required to deal with 3PL that speaks in
  Mandarin or Cantonese.
