Job Description

TopTalent Recruitment Agency seeks an HR professional with marketing experience to help with the recruitment and business development efforts.
This role includes writing attractive job postings seamlessly headhunting top talent and fostering positive relationships with candidates and clients. Their marketing expertise will boost our brand visibility and attract exceptional candidates through proactive strategies.

WORK MODEL

  • Hybrid work model with initial training fully onsite.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and modify job posts for various positions to attract top talent.
  • Source and attract candidates through diverse channels such as databases social media platforms and job fairs.
  • Call candidates to conduct interviews assessing fit evaluating knowledge skills experience and fostering strong relationships throughout the selection process.
  • Manage communication with candidates via email schedule appointments and maintain correspondence to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Actively headhunt on platforms like LinkedIn and others to proactively seek out potential candidates.
  • Adjust and maintain the existing company database including CRM ATS and Excel sheets ensuring accurate and updated candidate information.
  • Leverage the candidate database to pair the right individuals with clients vacancies
  • Review applications from job postings making informed decisions on candidate suitability for various positions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Mandatory excellent communication and customer service skills in C1 level English.
  • Proven work experience in recruitment (Minimum 1 year) including creating job posts assessing candidate qualifications conducting phone interviews and managing candidate tracking.
  • Confident and pleasant personality skilled in speaking with candidates and conducting effective phone calls.
  • Marketing experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ATS systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications: Outlook Word and Excel.
  • Ability to actively headhunt on platforms like LinkedIn Facebook etc.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills to cultivate positive candidate interactions.
  • Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Computer savvy.
  • Openminded and proactive in suggesting improvements and contributing to business development.
