Job Description
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VVIP clients, ensuring open communication and trust.
- Proactively address client concerns and inquiries regarding outstanding payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding of client needs.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of collection specialists dedicated to VVIP clients.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in handling sensitive collection matters.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, discretion, and client-centricity.
