Warranty Analyst

Our client is a Heavy machinery manufacturer specially for earthmoving equipment.

Job Overview: We are excited to offer the position of Warranty Analyst located in Prague Czech Republic. In this capacity you will oversee the warranty processes for our clients products within your designated areas. Your primary tasks will involve evaluating warranty data handling claims managing inventory coordinating parts returns and assisting with warrantyrelated queries.

Key Duties: As a Warranty Analyst you will:

• Maintain and analyze warranty data dashboards to provide insights to key stakeholders.
• Process warranty claims in line with our clients guidelines ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage inventories of dealers and our client machinery.
• Coordinate the return of warranty parts and set up automated return processes.
• Oversee cost recovery for standard warranty claims.
• Initiate and monitor warranty campaigns.
• Register our client machines with suppliers ODMs and OEMs.
• Offer support to dealers and stakeholders regarding warranty inquiries.
• Report and address system issues with the IT department.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of French and/or German is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of warranty and quality processes.
• Strong analytical communication and computer skills.
• At least 35 years of experience in a multinational environment or significant international academic experience.
• Specific experience in warranty or quality processes preferably related to construction or agricultural equipment.
