Job Description
- Manage the team of traders who sell the International Connectivity products and manage the suppliers and routes to maximise GP $.
- Develop, grow and maintain a high performing team of BDMs, Procurement and Routing through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, career development and managing the aspirations of the team.
- Be point of contact for Sales organisation within Soprano for pricing related queries and for Customer Support services organisation on routing and supplier related queries.
- Prepare management reports (including, for example, new sales, negotiated rates, new suppliers, etc.), and monthly country reports.
