Job Description
- Prepare and review plans annually, quarterly and monthly including assessments of the market, go to market plans, marketing initiatives and sales strategies.
- Deliver Annual GP growth as set in the target communicated by the executive team.
- Track GP $ and take actions to maintain healthy gross profit (GP)%.
- Design and implement the organisation's strategic Trading (Sales, Procurement and Routing) plan in line with overall business performance goals.
