LPN Private Duty Nurse

One of our leading healthcare industry client is actively looking for motivated Private Duty Nurse LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) for multiple locations in Pennsylvania.

Locations:

Beaver Bloomsburg Cranberry Elizabethtown Ephrata Erie Harrisburg Hazleton Lancaster Lebanon Lititz Long Pond Pittsburgh Quarryville and Williamsport

DUTIES

Provide one to one care to infants children and adolescents in a home environment

Execution of physicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care in system of record.

Administration of prescribed medication treatments and therapies.

Patient assessments and coordination of care.

Health promotion teaching and training of family members.
