Job Description: Payroll Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll for employees using Sage VIP and Sage 300 software.
• Ensure accurate and timely calculation of salaries deductions and bonuses.
• Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports for auditing purposes.
• Address payrollrelated inquiries and issues from employees or management.
• Stay updated on all payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to streamline payroll processes.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance HR or related field.
• Proven experience working as a Payroll Officer.
• Proficiency in using payroll software specifically Sage VIP and Sage 300.
• Strong understanding of payroll principles regulations and best practices.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years to a maximum of 20 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment is advantageous.
