Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and product development initiatives for travel products.
Manage relationships with agents handling their requests and ensuring their needs are met.
Develop and enhance travel products ensuring they meet market demands and client expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the Southern and East African markets.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to agents and clients.
Monitor and report on sales performance and product development progress.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Indepth knowledge of Southern and East Africa.
Strong sales and product development skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong drive for results.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
Minimum of 35 years of experience in the Safari industry.
Proven experience working with agents and managing their requests.
