Job requirements
- Read understand and acknowledge the request
- Sourcing information if not familiar as well as the understanding of the logistics thereof.
- Suggesting alternative itineraries if required.
- Loading onto the CRM & Travelogic – quoting systems
- Prepare basic or WETU itineraries
- Booking up of services / liaising with team players (suppliers etc)
- Invoicing out of Travelogic
- Following up of payments from agents – Deposit & Balance
- Preparing of travel documents
- Loading of supplier payments and sharing.
- Sharing vouchers with suppliers
- Reconfirming of services
- Reconciling of confirmed booking
- Updating of the CRM
- 24 hour emergency phone
Job requirements
- Knowledge of both FIT’s & Groups
- Keeping learning of any new trends; developments; etc
- Attending product updates; workshops; site inspections; educationals
- Building and maintaining relationships with our agents & suppliers
- Team player
- Able to work under pressure
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Good organizational skills and meticulous
- Time management skills
- Passionate about the relationships & work
- Proficiency in English
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as an Inbound Tour Consultant.
