Position: BMW Technician
Department: Quality JIT Center
We are ideally seeking candidates with expertise and qualifications in the following areas:

We are ideally seeking candidates with expertise and qualifications in the following areas:
- Completed technical studies or technical training with further qualification
- 510 Year’s experience in test technology in the automotive industry
- Expert in technical aspects of harness manufacturing
- Knowledge of processes and procedures related to harness building
- Knowledge of reading and understanding of Kroschu/BMW technical documentation
- Quality experience a definite advantage IATF 16949
- Fully computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player a must!
- Honesty Loyalty & Integrity
- Adaptability & Flexibility
- Highly energized individual
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willing to work overtime at short notice!
- Own transport!
- Ambassador for Kroschu at BMW!!!
- Liaise with Quality management pertaining to any/all quality related matter including BMW obo
- Ensure quality of products delivered to BMW
- Identify and/or rework any faulty harness delivered to BMW
- To coordinate and implement containment actions when required
- Supervision of warehouse operators and 100% checkers
- Regular updating of quality reports for BMW
- Assist in root cause/fault finding analysis
