Business Analyst For Active Pooling

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for process enhancement efficiency gains and cost savings initiatives
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's data systems and processes
• Conduct research and perform data analysis to inform business decisions
• Identify gaps and opportunities to streamline business operations and recommend solutions
• Work with stakeholders to define and document requirements ensuring they are accurate complete and clearly defined
• Develop use cases user stories and other related solution documentation
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify develop and implement new features and functionality
• Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders and management

• 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Finance Computer Science or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and modeling
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex systems and business processes
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and software such as Jira and/or Confluence is a plus
