CSR Customer Service Representative

DETAILS
Location: OnSite in Coppell/Irving TX
Position Type: Hourly 40 hrs/wk
Compensation: up to $45K $22/hr

NOTE: Our client is a firearms distributer. All candidates should be comfortable around firearms.

POSITION DETAILS
GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a CSR for an onsite role in Coppell TX. Working in an inbound call center CSRs serve as a primary point of contact for our client’s customers. CSRs provide product and services information to resolve any emerging problems customers may face with their products or questions about our client’s website. We are seeking candidates that are confident at troubleshooting and investigating issues with customers even when they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. CSR’s performance is assessed through their ability to achieve productivity and service standards respond efficiently to Customer inquiries and maintain high Customer Satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience with telephone customer service email support social media
  • Patient customerfirst demeanor
  • Ability to leverage ChatGPT or similar AI software for research
  • Attention to detail
  • Firearms enthusiast or at least an avid 2nd Amendment supporter
  • Basic knowledge of Federal and State Firearm Laws.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
  • Previous retail sales and customer service experience
