Campaign Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Campaign Coordinator to join our clients marketing team. This role involves working in shifts including weekends to ensure continuous campaign operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Tasks

• Identifying and segmenting target audiences accurately to ensure the delivery of tailored offers.
• Guaranteeing timely crediting of rewards to players maintaining customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborating closely with various departments to align campaign objectives and outcomes. Providing regular reports and insights to the Head of Marketing.
• Flexibility to work n shifts covering weekends if needed is essential for maintaining the continuity and effectiveness of our campaigns.
• Working under the guidance of the Head of Marketing and in sync with other team members and departments to achieve campaign goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing or campaign coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with customer segmentation and reward systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
