Front-end Lead Developer

Our client is a technological company of likeminded individuals striving to change the way the world trades (Fintech startup based in Limassol). The founders are from Ukraine who with over 15 years of experience in trading and brokerage decided to create new trading tools capable of changing the perception of global trade.

The teams mission is to reinvent trading mechanics and offer unlimited opportunities for trading. On the platform we are creating clients can customize any trading tool or develop a new one from scratch.

Tasks

Define the architecture of the frontend part of the project.

Ensure adherence to best development practices and strict code standards.

Mentor and train frontend developers aiding in their professional growth.

Conduct code reviews and assist the team in resolving technical issues.

Control the quality of the codebase.

Participate in task planning and evaluation.

Conduct performance testing and optimize frontend applications.

Implement and maintain automated tests.

Work on improving page load speeds and enhancing the user experience.

Requirements

5 years of experience working on projects using React.js.

Experience with Next.js server components TypeScript modules Redux and CSS.

Experience integrating thirdparty solutions (external APIs analytics).

Experience working with GraphQL.

Experience leading frontend teams of 5 or more members.

Experience interacting with remote product management teams.

Resultsoriented mindset.

Proficiency in technical English.

Excellent communication organizational and analytical skills with a strong desire to
learn.
