Tasks

Position Details:

• Start Date: Immediate upon recruitment process completion.
• Teaching Hours: Monday to Sunday 7 PM to 9 PM Beijing time with extra hours available on weekends.
• Student Base: Children aged 411 years in China.
• Class Duration: 25 and 55 minutes (oneonone classes).
• Remuneration: Base rate of $12 USD per hour.
• Contract Type: Independent Service Provider with The Really Great Teacher Company.
• Location: Work from the comfort of your home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage kids students with captivating English lessons.
• Foster a dynamic and enjoyable classroom atmosphere.
• Lead discussions evaluate student performance and provide feedback.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree or higher (Any field).
• Accredited 120hour or above TEFL TESOL CELTA or TEYL certification.
• 2 years of teaching experience.
• English first language speakers from the USA or Canada.
• Computer literacy with a clean criminal record.
• Engaging communication skills.
• Punctual and precise timekeeping.

Tech Requirements

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• PC: Intel Core i5 CPU (at)2.0GHz (4 CPUs) or greater 8GB RAM or greater.
• Backup power: Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with 45 hours battery life (2000VA) if you live in a country that experiences regular power interruptions.
• Internet: Stable cable/fibre connection minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds.
• Accessories: Noisecancelling headsets HD web camera and a tidy welllit and quiet teaching environment.
