German Content Team Leader for an iGaming company

A leading digital marketing agency operating in 20 countries spread out over 5 continents developing affiliate brands and specializing in the delivery of highvalue traffic targeted for specific markets is looking for someone with an eye for details and a cando attitude who is looking for solutions and is very eager to learn. Tasks

You are:

Creative experienced and an analytical individual. You will be assisting the Content Manager in finding creative ways of building an online presence as well as using analytics in the formulation of a content strategy. You will also assist the manager in creating new content strategies to drive revenue and build brand recognition as well as manage the content team promote company mission and goals through innovative content and campaigns.

What youll be doing:

• Assist the manager with the QA process in the department including proofreading editing improving and updating of the content
• Ensure that content is relevant discoverable accurate and targets the needs requested by the SEO team
• You will be required to publish some content pieces
• Assist the Content Manager during recruitment processes and also in the training of new team members
• Help the content manager to maintain a positive environment make sure team members are satisfied help to communicate team goals and identify areas where more training and development is needed
• Develop new strategies to assist team members in achieving performance goals as well as meeting at least the minimum level of output in line with the department requirements
• Collaborate with other teams to plan and develop site content style and layout
• Contribute to monthly reports about team performance missionrelated objectives and deadlines
• Track and monitor competitors publications
• Manage team workload
• Be responsible for the market while the Manager is away / on leave
• Any other reasonable tasks necessary for you to carry out your role effectively and efficiently

Requirements

What youll bring:

• German (fluent)
• Knowledge of content marketing techniques
• Understanding of Google analytics and SEO techniques
• Organized professional with a detailed approach
• Great workload and time management capabilities
• A can do attitude with a passion for digital media trend
• Minimum 1 years experience within content world and iGaming industry
• Minimum 1 years experience in managerial role or senior roles
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced collaborative environment
