Senior Specialist Counterparty Risk Analyst

Tasks

Analysis and monitoring of the development of counterparty risk of Corporates Financial Institutions & Sovereigns regarding creditworthiness / Regular controlling of the composition and structure of the credit portfolio inclusive early warning indicators / Development of hedging proposals by means of credit derivatives and securitization transactions as well as cooperation in various crossdivisional projects in the credit business / Analysis of bilateral and syndicated loans as well as longterm bond portfolios and derivatives / Monitoring of strategic trends and developments in the credit business / Responsible for recommending measures optimizations and innovations in the credit business to senior management / Responsible for the identification of growth opportunities in the credit business together with product management and sales / Preparation of statistical and econometric analyses and evaluations as well as methodical support for credit risk and credit pricing systems / Ad hoc projects in this position with development potential.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree / Specializing in counterparty risk / Experienced with credit and investment banking products / Strong analytical and conceptual skills / Ability to contribute in a complex and changing environment / Eloquent communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationship networks / Ability to contribute professionally in a teamoriented environment / Ability to remain professional under time pressure / IT flair and knowledge of programming languages / MS Office Excel VBA proficiency / German and English.
