Job Description
- Review and verify campaign setups to ensure accuracy and alignment with client objectives and specifications.
- Monitor campaign performance and pacing, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
- Utilize technical skills to navigate the admin panel and diagnose and resolve campaign-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to clients.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customer success and media planning teams as needed.
- Maintain partnerships with media owners/publishers and Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), fostering positive relationships and ensuring access to premium inventory and exclusive opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital out-of-home advertising to drive innovation and efficiency.
