Job Description
- Receive and review building permit applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Evaluate proposed construction plans for compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, and other applicable requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any deficiencies or discrepancies in permit applications.
- Issue building permits upon verification of compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on municipal regulations, building codes, and zoning ordinances relevant to the issuance of building permits.
