Job Description
- Leads and nurtures a small team of dedicated technicians.
- Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the workshop and for Wholesale markets.
- Monitors and controls the performance of the workshop using applicable tools.
- Manages and plans parts orders with the parts manager to ensure availability.
- Establishes and maintains professional relationships with customers to encourage repeated and referral business.
- Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
- Prepares pricing guides and maintenance menus.
- Handles customer complaints immediately and according to company guidelines.
- Maintains safe work environment and employee’s professional appearance.
- Drive Sales of all Added value products through all Wholesale and Internal markets
- Is responsible for Market Analysis and expansion of all products across Jordan.
